Job summary

Future is seeking a People Generalist (HR Coordinator) to join our Bath-based hybrid team. You will handle onboarding, offboarding and internal moves using Dayforce, delivering reliable admin support and contributing to smoother processes across the employee lifecycle.

You'll work with the People & Culture team to manage benefits, respond to first-line queries and continuously improve HR admin workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience using Dayforce or a similar HRIS system.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach to building relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

• Administer accurate onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves.
• Manage and deliver weekly Day 1 orientation sessions.
• Maintain HR files and Dayforce documentation.
• Provide admin support for absence management, probation, and parental leave.
• Respond to first-line employee relations queries from staff and managers.
• Support process improvements and benefits administration.
