Job summary

JG Foods t/a Grape Tree in Fleet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a small team, shape the store culture and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll coach staff in service and product knowledge, manage daily operations on the shop floor, and ensure the store is well-presented and stocked.

You will be responsible for stock control, deliveries, cash handling and maintaining safe procedures, while promoting teamwork and a positive working atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven people management or supervisory experience in retail or fast-paced env.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and develop a small team.
