Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead a team of Employment Advisers, drive high-quality service delivery and achieve performance targets within the Restart Programme.

You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and stakeholder relationships to maximise employment opportunities for unemployed jobseekers while ensuring robust governance and effective financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• Direct line management of a team.
• Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
• Track record of achieving targets personally and for the team.
• People management including training, coaching and performance management.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at least Grade B or Level 2 literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Employment Advisers to hit performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations and staff development.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise Restart referrals and employment opportunities.
• Monitor and manage office performance against KPIs.
• Manage Profit and Loss reports and monthly financial forecasting.
