What this job involves:

The Property & Asset Management (PAM) business has an ambitious strategy. The PAM People Experience Partner will support the Head of HR for PAM in delivering the PAM people strategy and the people elements of the PAM transformation programme, including managing employee relations processes with support from the Employee Relations CoE.

Our People Experience Partner (PXP) teams strengthen employee purpose, energize, and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating, and enhancing key moments. PXPs will activate HR products & services that enrich employee lives, work with Business & HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience, coach managers, and use their business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to support HR priorities.

Daily responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate and drive HR projects linked to Project Frontier supporting the delivery of People and Culture initiatives.
  2. Develop and communicate HR project plans and milestones to stakeholders.
  3. Manage project disciplines like reporting, issue and risk management, meetings, and tracking.
  4. Align local policies with the Global HR strategy.
  5. Lead Talent Management activities including goal setting, reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning.
  6. Promote an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and belonging.
  7. Handle employee relations and performance management in partnership with Employee Relations team.
  8. Provide coaching, training, and advisory support to stakeholders.
  9. Support cultural change and stabilization of new business initiatives.
  10. Drive efficiencies across the employee lifecycle, collaborating with other People Solutions and Experience teams.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience delivering HR and operational activities within a complex organization.
  • Strong background in leveraging technology to support organizational efficiency.
  • Effective team player with business strategy support skills.
  • Project management and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
