TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking an HR Administrator to provide day-to-day HR and ESG administrative support from our Banbury, UK office. You will manage employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding processes, and assist with health screenings and wellbeing activities while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

You will collaborate with the Senior HR Generalist and ESG Manager, supporting governance, data accuracy, and internal communications.

Formación

• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification, or progress towards it, is desirable.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out day-to-day HR and ESG operations efficiently and on time.
• Update and track employee documentation to support compliance and records.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including right-to-work checks and induction paperwork.
• Arrange and maintain health screenings and vaccinations.
• Coordinate staff wellbeing activities in coordination with Senior HR Generalist.
• Respond to basic benefits queries and escalate complex matters.
• Support HR projects including charity and STEM/community events.
