Job summary

Canary Wharf Limited is seeking a People Engagement Coordinator to support delivery and continuous improvement of engagement initiatives, creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. You will coordinate activities, events, recognition programmes, and internal communications to enhance the employee experience.

The role also involves collecting and analysing employee feedback to drive improvements, increase satisfaction, retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver people engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Support the planning and delivery of employee events, campaigns, and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in gathering, analysing, and reporting employee feedback, including our your voice matters employee surveys to inform improvement actions.
• Support CWG's Inclusion networks, Junior Board, Wellbeing group and other employee communities in delivering their objectives
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to encourage participation and collaboration across the organisation.
• Maintain engagement planners, trackers, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights.
