What’s the role about?

As part of our People team, you’ll be joining as our People Development Trainee, where you’ll support the delivery of impactful, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that help build high-performing teams across the globe. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of People Development, including learning coordination, content creation, digital learning, learner experience, and programme evaluation.

Who you are

  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about people development, with ambition, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Actively creates digital content outside of work, demonstrating creativity and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Digitally savvy, with a good grasp of digital tools and platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions across regions, ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication with learners.
  • Maintaining accurate learning records, tracking participation, and providing support to the People Development team and global learners.
  • Creating, editing, and formatting engaging learning materials and communications that are current, inclusive, and aligned with business needs.
  • Conducting research to inform content updates and contribute to the evolution of our learning offerings based on feedback.
  • Supporting the use and optimisation of digital learning platforms, providing technical assistance, and enhancing the learner experience.
  • Gathering and analysing feedback, evaluating programme effectiveness, and suggesting ways to increase engagement and impact.
  • Contributing to the delivery of our People Development strategy, fostering a positive team culture, and taking ownership of personal growth.
