Job summary

Harvey Nash Plc in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Organisation & Workforce Development Adviser for a hybrid 6-month contract. You will design and deliver learning programmes, support leadership development, coordinate induction activity, and oversee the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).

You will work with senior OWD colleagues to enhance digital skills, resources, and workforce capability, while driving engagement and organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning & development, organisational development, workforce development, or HR.
• Experience using learning management systems and digital learning tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce capability initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of organisation and workforce development programmes.
• Coordinate and continuously improve induction, learning and development activities.
• Support leadership and management development initiatives.
• Assist with the implementation and administration of the new LMS.
• Lead and support digital skills development programmes.
• Develop learning resources and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Provide advice and support to managers and colleagues.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational change projects.
