We are currently recruiting for a Data & Insight Analyst to join our established and experienced HR team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
This role plays a key part in the people analytics agenda providing credible, digestible, and accessible data insights and data to identify and deliver solutions that support and drive business decisions towards out-performance.
The role involves working with a variety of stakeholders to gather, organise, translate and analyse complex people data sets from various sources to extract meaningful insights and trends. This includes maintaining data integrity, use of statistical techniques, developing reports and insight packs with valuable commentary, and the build of user-friendly self-service dashboards and visualizations.
You will create and develop self-service dashboards that provides key stakeholders with the ability to obtain and understand people data and trends without delay or confusion and establish efficient and robust automated ways to produce MI / insights through the continual improvement of best practice techniques and improvement in the people data infostructure.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent data and analytical skills – be able to interrogate broad data sets to provide clear, meaningful narratives in an efficient manner.
You will have good experience of data visualisation and storytelling to aid data-driven decision making along with experience in the use of data visualisation tooling such as Qlik, Power-Bi or Tableau.
Effective communications skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for a variety of audiences is essential.
