(Flexible Interim) Data Analyst – Flexcube

Location – fully remote, UK or Europe

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our client, a global financial technology scale-up specializing in payment processing. Reporting to the CTO, you will design and deliver impactful reporting and analytical solutions, transforming complex system data into clear, actionable insights, and empowering the business with reporting tools and integrated data analysis.

Requirements: Experience with Oracle, Flexcube, PowerBI, dashboarding data on Flexcube, and experience working for a bank or financial institution. If you meet these criteria, please contact us!

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting, analysis, and data utilization for better business decisions.
• Bridge data preparation and analysis processes.
• Automate reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure stakeholders receive accurate and timely reports.
• Support the deployment of our Data and Analytics strategy and contribute to its development.
• Refine data and reporting processes to provide consistent insights to senior leadership.

About you:

• Strong knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools, especially Oracle Flexcube and PowerBI, with experience in banking or finance.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI and data visualization.
