Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS) is currently recruiting for a People and Culture Partner to join their growing team. As People & Culture Partner, you will report to our People and Culture VP and be responsible for supporting HR issues such as mergers and acquisitions, compensation, recruitment, TUPE, relocation, diversity, training, and organizational development. This is an exciting role where you will act as the complete business partner for "all things HR" within GBS and collaborate with the wider People and Culture Team.
The candidate should possess previous business partnering experience, ideally in financial services, retail, tech, communications, or marketing industries. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, international operations, and TUPE is preferred. The individual should be resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable, with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence decisions. Confidentiality, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Knowledge of UK legislation and excellent communication skills are required, along with proficiency in process improvement and change management.
