Role Overview: The People & Culture Manager (HR) is responsible for the success of the end-to-end HR processes across UDOX. This dynamic standalone position will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing expert HR advice to employees and managers across the agency. The People & Culture Manager (HR) will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and processes, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure engagement and compliance. Additionally, this role will lead efforts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture for all employees.
