Job summary

ISS is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with managers, advising on day-to-day people matters with a particular focus on Employee Relations, restructures, and P&C policies.

You will support ER investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes, provide guidance on restructures and TUPE, and help engage with unions. This is a hands-on role that builds strong relationships across the business and supports a positive,

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in a strong People/HR generalist or advisory role.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience with Employee Relations and ideally some TUPE and trade union exposure.
• Strong communication, coaching, mediation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising and coaching managers on day-to-day people matters and best practice.
• Supporting ER investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Providing guidance on restructures and TUPE.
• Supporting union engagement and employee relations matters.
