People Advisory – Partner with leaders to build positive, high‑performing and inclusive environments:
People Operations – Own and deliver core people processes across the employee lifecycle:
Process Optimisation – Refine and improve people processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing employee experience.
Change Management – Support and deliver change initiatives, partnering with leaders to embed new ways of working.
People Frameworks & Policies – Help create and update policies aligned with best practice.
People Initiatives – Contribute to key projects across the people roadmap, designing and delivering initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
Upskilling Leaders – Support the development of people leaders, helping them to build high‑performing teams.
