Job summary

Morrisons in Bradford, West Yorkshire, invites an experienced People Specialist to join our Change & Strategy team based at our support office. You will provide critical operational support, tracking, and data analytics to land change initiatives across our Retail and Convenience estates.

In this role you will engage with senior stakeholders, manage HR requests, and drive engagement campaigns while championing DEI and the Morrisons journey.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in People and HR practices within a high-speed retail context.
• Familiarity with various project management frameworks is advantageous.
• Comprehensive grasp of Morrisons' business journey and strategic direction.
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced digital literacy across Google Workspace, Sheets for analytics, and Docs.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder communication.
• Track record of contributing to or leading change-related projects.
• Resilience and effectiveness in a pressurised, fast-moving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Reducing exposure to financial risk and ensuring costs align with budget.
• Lead project activity with senior stakeholders, influencing and building relationships across agendas.
• Deliver people elements of stores projects and change initiatives.
• Provide operational support, tracking, and data analytics for change landings across estates.
• Manage HR help desk requests and coordinate real-time feedback channels.
• Moderate community groups to ensure operational outcomes.
• Drive engagement campaigns such as 'More to Love' and seasonal initiatives.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to create structured briefs and quarterly business case proposals for senior leadership.
• Champion the 'Ability' DEI agenda to foster inclusive workplace improvements.
