A leading company in the UK seeks a People Change Manager to support the delivery of complex HR projects. The role involves leading smaller projects, collaborating with HR, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Candidates should have substantial HR change management experience and be adept at engaging with stakeholders, particularly during transitional phases.

3. Experience developing tools and templates, and acting as SME in organisational change
• Experience of Employment Law/Policy

• Experience disseminating materials effectively
• Experience designing and implementing processes with line managers/employees
• Suitable for HR Business Partners, Employee Relations specialists, or policy experts
• TUPE experience would be advantageous
• CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential

People Change Manager
Support delivery of large or complex HR projects and lead smaller, less complex projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure HR projects are delivered on time and within budget, leading smaller projects as appropriate.
Collaborate with HR to facilitate smooth change rollouts.
Research and recommend HR solutions aligned with the people plan.
Ensure HR initiatives comply with legal and regulatory standards to support improvements and change momentum.
Build stakeholder relationships to understand and incorporate the impact of changes, providing managers with necessary tools and information.
Maintain high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and foster team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR projects.
Act as the escalation point within your area of expertise.
Engage regularly with the business during projects, escalating concerns as needed.
Participate in negotiations with Trade Unions and build relationships with TU representatives.
Support project tracking and risk management.
Stay updated on legal changes and adapt services accordingly.
Represent the organisation externally when appropriate.
