Job summary

Real Life Options in Glasgow is seeking a Team Coordinator to lead and support staff delivering person-centred care across services. The role involves managing rotas, risk assessments and compliance while promoting a safe, empowering work environment.

You will mentor Support Workers, perform appraisals, and liaise with social workers and families to secure the best outcomes for people receiving support. The post includes on-call duties and acting up for the Service Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising staff and delivering person-centred care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues, clients and families.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding and organisational values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to people with diverse needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations including staff rotas, risk assessments, audits and safety compliance.
• Supervise, mentor and develop Support Workers, undertake appraisals and performance management.
• Ensure the Person-Centred Support and Enablement model is embedded across the service.
• Liaise with social workers, families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
• Deputise for the Service Manager when required, and provide on-call support.
