Alternative Futures Group is seeking an experienced and confident leader to uphold high standards across our social care provision in Knowsley. You will drive person-centred services, manage resources and develop staff to deliver outcomes for people supported.

Based in a values-driven team, the role requires strong time management, resilience and ability to balance competing demands while maintaining quality, compliance and effective collaboration with professionals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with person-centred planning and review.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Strong people management and supervision experience.
• Experience leading and managing a staff team and conducting appraisals.
• Experience of partnership working and budget management.
• Proficiency with IT systems for service and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team in delivering person-centred service.
• Manage resources to achieve service user and contract outcomes.
• Develop staff skills to deliver high-quality services.
• Apply person-centred planning tools for evaluation and team development.
• Embed a quality assurance framework at service level.
• Promote positive relationships with professionals and stakeholders.
