Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director, People & Capability Business Partner for a maternity cover role in London. You will partner with business leaders to design and implement a people strategy that advances performance and drives growth, while coordinating with COEs, Payroll and Shared Services to ensure programs are delivered smoothly.

You will provide executive coaching on development, talent, workforce planning and reward, and may lead a team of PBPs and specialists in a large, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People & Capability initiatives in a large organisation.
• Strong ability to partner with executives on development, talent, workforce planning and reward matters.
• Proven track record in change management and strategic PBP delivery.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a people strategy that supports business priorities and growth for a line of business or market.
• Partners with business leaders on change management initiatives that sustain engagement.
• Provides coaching to executives on development, talent, workforce planning and reward.
• Manages core People & Capability programs for a large or complex geography.
• Collaborates with COEs, Payroll and Shared Services to implement and manage programs.
• Provides data insights and advises on talent implications of external trends.
• May lead a team of Business Partners and Specialists.
