Job summary

Frasers Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated People Partnering professional to join the warehouse leadership team. You will report to the Head of People Performance and work with the Group Head of Logistics to deliver people solutions and drive operational excellence.

You will implement a people plan for the warehouse, manage change and employee relations, develop managers, and embed useful tools across the People function while upholding the company’s Fearless and values.

Qualifications

• Diverse industry & HR expertise with success in large, complex warehouse environments.
• Experience working in a unionised setting.
• Experience in customer-centric or retail environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and engagement.
• Ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence.
• Ability to shape & lead design and delivery of initiatives/change projects.
• Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change.
• Assertive, resilient and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Role:As part of the People Partnering team, you will report directly into the Head of People Performance and partner with the Group Head of Logistics and the Warehouse leadership team.

This role has the scope to make a huge impact on Warehouse performance as you will be partnering with stakeholders, delivering people solutions and managing change, aligned to business objectives and driving operational excellence.

• Experience of working within a unionised setting
• Experience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environment
• Hands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycleincluding employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and engagement
• Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
• Able to shape & lead design and delivery of initiatives/change projects
• Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
• Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
