Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Junior Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role provides a solid path into tech with a dedicated IT Training Programme during onboarding.

You will handle IT support queries from Head Office, Warehouses and Retail globally, provide support via our contact centre and ticketing systems, troubleshoot and manage ticket queues, and assist with hardware/software preparation.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; show passion for IT and willingness to learn.
• Good communication with colleagues and ability to seek/help.
• Problem solving and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Customer-facing or retail/warehouse experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are currently looking for IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. If you are looking to kick-start a career in tech, this is the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge and qualifications to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility of IT support queries that come from our Head Office, Warehouses and Retail globally.
• Providing a broad range of IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting and proactively managing ticket queues.
• Escalation of challenging issues to senior team members when necessary
• Assisting the wider IT teams with preparation of hardware/software
• Writing technical documentation and knowledge articles

This is an office based role with the team following a shift pattern within the hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 weeks basis.

Qualifications

All technical training will be provided via our IT Training Programme in your onboarding

• No prior experience needed but be able to demonstrate a passion for IT and desire to develop your skillset and learn/grow with our business.
• Team focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues to offer and receive support and advice.
• Problem solving mindset and able to think logically and calmly under pressure.
• Able to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload.
• While not essential, experience in a customer facing role and/or experience in a retail/warehouse environment is desirable.
