Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a People Business Partner to support the business as it transitions to an AI-enabled operating model. You’ll partner with senior leaders and AI enablement teams to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes—covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.

You’ll work to design future-ready organisations, map capabilities, and drive engagement through structured change. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience is highly regarded.

• Comfortable supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation.
• Commercial, pragmatic and able to operate in ambiguity.

Job Description

The Role:

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support the business as it transitions to an AI‑enabled operating model. This role focuses on ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to deliver AI‑led change effectively.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People centres of expertise to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes — covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.
