About the role
We seek an exceptional People Business Partner to join our team and shape our future. If you excel at building relationships, problem-solving, and believe people are central to success, we want you!
You will act as a strategic partner to the Area Manager and Leadership Team, translating business goals into people strategies. Your role includes talent acquisition, development, employee engagement, and retention, supporting our vision to foster an empowered, high-performing, customer-focused culture where people matter. You will promote a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering belonging for all.
This role covers the South region, with travel to Camberley and central London. It is remote but requires travel when needed.
About you
Ideally, you have a proven HR BP background in Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure, but other backgrounds are considered. You excel at relationship-building, communication, and collaboration. You possess strong knowledge of employment law and thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing continuous learning.
