More about your role
We are now searching for an exceptional People Business Partner to join our fun team and play a pivotal role in shaping our future. Do you thrive on building relationships, have a knack for problem-solving and believe people are the heart of any successful business? If so, then we want you on our team!
In your role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Area Manager and their Leadership Team, to translate business goals into impactful people strategies. You will be a critical friend, providing expert guidance and coaching on anything from talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and retention. We have an ambitious people strategy with a vision to create an empowered community which drives a high-performing, customer focused culture where people matter, and you will be integral to its delivery and success. You will champion a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a sense of belonging for all.
You will be partnering with an area manager and covering South region with travel to Camberley and central London. Thisrole is remote, but you will be required to travel to these locations when required.
More About you
Ideally you will have a proven track record in a HR BP or equivalent role from a Retail, Hospitality or Leisure background but we will consider other backgrounds as well. You should excel at building strong relationships and fostering open communication, with exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills. You should possess excellent knowledge of employment legislation and its commercial application. You should also thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace continuous learning.
