Community Eyecare is seeking an HR Business Partner to support their growth across the UK. This role involves collaborating with managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational culture initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment while contributing to healthcare improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Contract Type:Permanent, 37.5 hours a week

About the Role
We are looking for someone to partner with both regional and support office managers & teams to drive and support the people plan.
The range of responsibilities will include: employee relations,performance management, disciplinary, grievances and absence management, workforce planning, employee engagement, health and wellbeing and HR value add projects to underpin our attraction and retention strategy.
