Main duties of the jobWe are looking for someone to partner with both regional and support office managers & teams to drive and support the people plan. The range of responsibilities will include: employee relations, performance management, disciplinary, grievances and absence management, workforce planning, employee engagement, health and wellbeing and HR value add projects to underpin our attraction and retention strategy. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, fast-paced working environment.
