Job summary

Sue Ryder is seeking a People Business Partner to join our team in the East of England. The role is hybrid, with four days on site and one day from home, based near Peterborough. The salary is £40,000 per annum for a full-time position.

You will build strong relationships with managers, provide HR guidance, manage complex employee relations, and support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives while contributing to organisation-wide projects. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing complex employee relations cases and providing HR advice to managers.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).

Must be based within an easy commute of both Thorpe Hall Hospice in Peterborough and St Johns in Moggerhanger

Minimum Essential Criteria
