Sue Ryder is seeking a People Business Partner for a 4-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with 4 days on site and 1 day from home, based near Thorpe Hall Hospice Peterborough and St Johns Moggerhanger, supporting staff with HR guidance and complex ER cases.
You will advise on employment law, coach managers, promote wellbeing and inclusion, and contribute to organisation-wide people projects, ensuring compassionate, effective HR support across the charity.
