Five-Star Luxury Hospitality Group
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £160-£170 per day
Contract: Initial 3-6 month contract, with potential to become permanent
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

We are delighted to be working with a prestigious five-star luxury hospitality group to recruit a People & Talent Specialist on an initial 3-6 month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile luxury organisation and play a key role within its People & Culture function, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate office roles while also supporting wider talent and employee experience initiatives.

The Role

As People & Talent Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from initial requisition through to offer and onboarding, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and department heads to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

You will also play an important role in talent attraction, recruitment projects, employer branding, assessment, talent pipelines and wider People & Culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for corporate office roles up to Director level, from requisition approval through to offer negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, understanding their requirements, team dynamics and desired candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insight and guidance around talent availability, competitor activity and recruitment trends.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment agency relationships and develop a preferred supplier list.
  • Own the recruitment module within the HR system, ensuring accurate records, reporting and recruitment data.
  • Manage recruitment system access, integrations with job boards and recruitment platforms, and reporting on key Talent KPIs.
  • Administer recruitment assessments across corporate and key property roles.
  • Develop and deliver school and graduate recruitment strategies, including events, communications and recruitment collateral.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment fairs, careers events and industry initiatives.
  • Build relationships with relevant industry associations and academic institutions.
  • Manage the careers inbox, responding to recruitment enquiries and referral CVs as the first point of contact.
  • Own the organisation’s alumni programme and wider talent pipelines.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent on key talent projects and initiatives.
  • Support corporate employee engagement initiatives alongside the Employee Experience Manager.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Employee Relations matters in the absence of the Employee Experience Manager, including supporting with meetings and note taking.
  • Contribute to the wider People & Culture team and help promote a culture centred around Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional who is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have experience within a luxury, hospitality, retail or similarly high-touch consumer environment, although strong recruitment experience from another sector will also be considered.

You will bring
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or recruitment.
  • A people-centric and inclusive approach, with a strong understanding of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to larger audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships across all levels of an organisation.
