Job summary

PEOPLE AND TALENT ADVISOR

We’re excited to introduce a new opportunity at Green & Fortune for a People and Talent Advisor. This pivotal role will work closely with our Head of People and leadership teams across our five venues to drive and support our recruitment standards, people systems, employer brand, and overall people practices — always putting the employee experience at the centre.

THE ROLE

The People and Talent Advisor will play a key role in shaping and supporting the entire employee journey — from attraction and selection through to onboarding and beyond. We’re looking for someone confident in building relationships and engaging with managers and team members across all our sites.

This isn’t just a desk job — you'll be out and about with our teams, ensuring every new starter receives a structured, welcoming induction and that managers are supported in delivering timely onboarding reviews. You'll bring strong organisational skills, a hands-on, people-first approach, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can confidently prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring we remain focused on our core goal
  • Takes initiative and works independently without the need for constant supervision- we trust our employees to deliver and are looking for someone who thrives with that responsibility
  • Is passionate about delivering a positive, engaging employee experience from start to finish
  • Is creative, especially when it comes to employer branding and storytelling
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Brings experience in a similar People/Talent role, ideally in hospitality or a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Holds a degree in Human Resources/CIPD accreditation, or is currently working towards.
