As the sole leader for people and culture within our company, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive our people strategy and support various HR functions. This role is critical to the success of our fast-paced, growing business, with a focus on talent management, capability building, and engagement.

Key Requirements:

1. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent
2. Bachelor’s degree – preferred in business, human resources, or a related field
3. Knowledge of UK and German laws/legislations
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Knowledge of corporate governance, talent, and performance management
6. Self-starter with experience operating in high growth or ambiguous environments
