An established industry player is seeking a People and Culture Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement HR initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational growth. In this role, you will be working as part of the People Support Team to provide advice and guidance on key employee performance and conduct scenarios, ensuring legal, regulatory, and policy compliance and advocacy. Your goal will be to mitigate business risk and ensure fairness in processes and practices, leveraging sound employment law knowledge, building strong relationships with managers, and gaining colleagues' trust to foster a high-performance, employee-valued culture.
The People and Culture Advisor role involves implementing initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle, supporting People and Culture Partners, specialists, and the broader business. This includes owning key projects, identifying trends, and using data insights to support performance improvements.
