We are looking for a People Advisory Manager to join RSM’s people team in either our Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds or London offices. Reporting to the Associate Director – People Operations and Advisory, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of RSM’s people strategy – Make an Impact and Be our Future.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner aligned to the tax service line, you will take a hands-on role in delivering people initiatives and operational priorities, through the People Advisory team. While strategic direction is led by the HRBP, your role will ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of people solutions and services that add value across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will also support and guide your team on complex employee relations matters, acting as an escalation point to ensure fair, consistent and commercially sound outcomes.
