Center Parcs in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Advisor on a fixed-term basis to support managers and colleagues across the business. You’ll deliver day-to-day HR guidance, handle employee relations, champion engagement and partner with People Partners to drive consistent, values-led people practices.
Working in a hybrid setup, you’ll spend three days in the office and two days remote, with a 150-hour/4-week contract and core hours 9am–5pm.

As a People Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive experience for colleagues across the business. You'll provide day-to-day HR support to managers and colleagues, helping to resolve employee relations issues, support people initiatives and promote best practices that reflect our culture and values. A key part of your role is championing colleague engagement. You'll work with the People team and managers to help build an environment where people feel valued, supported and motivated to do their best work. You'll also collaborate closely with People Partners and the wider People team to deliver consistent, professional and efficient support throughout the colleague lifecycle.
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
