Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a People Advisor to join us on a 12-month cover, supporting the Business & Commercial Banking division. A day in the life of a People Advisor is fast paced and constantly evolving. As an integral part of the team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the colleague lifecycle, working with our Centres of Excellence and business teams across topics such as strategic workforce planning, recruitment, culture, organisation design, talent management, reward, learning & development, people risk, and more.

  • Data-Driven Insight:Use people-related data and MI to shape people solutions and proactive interventions.

We were among the first to set diversity ambitions in senior roles, launch a menopause health package, and introduce a Working with Cancer initiative. We’re also proud to be a Disability Confident Leader. If you need adjustments to the recruitment process, we’re here to support you.

Benefits Package

  • Up to 15% pension contribution
  • Annual performance-related bonus
  • Share schemes including free shares
