This is a vacancy for a permanent, full-time People Advisor within the Ocean Housing Group's People Services team. The role involves providing professional, customer-focused generalist people advice, guidance, and recruitment support to managers, supervisors, and staff.

You will act as a second-tier contact for the People Team, advising on policies such as people management, performance, health & welfare, and recruitment. You will support managers in managing absence and capability issues and ensure a professional recruitment process.

Requirements include experience in delivering a generalist people advice service, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency with People/Payroll databases. Education to A Level or equivalent, and studying towards CIPD membership, is preferred.
