By clicking Apply, you'll be taken to the Via website to complete your application. This doesn't guarantee you'll be matched to this specific role - Via reviews every application (AI first, then a human checks the fit) and shortlists the right candidates. Via is partnering with an established professional services organisation looking for an experienced People Advisor to join its People team in Central London.
This is a broad generalist HR role where you'll work closely with employees, managers and senior stakeholders, including Partners, across several areas of the business.
You'll provide practical day-to-day HR advice while supporting employee relations, performance and development, family leave, wellbeing, recruitment and wider People initiatives.
The role would suit an HR/People Advisor who is comfortable independently managing employee relations matters and wants to develop their career within a professional, stakeholder-led environment.
Experience within professional services would be particularly valuable, with experience in a legal environment an advantage. Candidates from other corporate or professional environments with strong generalist HR and employee relations experience are also encouraged to apply.
A relevant degree or HR qualification would be useful but isn't essential where you have the right practical experience.
If you're an experienced HR or People Advisor with strong UK employee relations experience and you're looking for a broad role with plenty of stakeholder exposure, we'd like to hear from you.
