Job summary

The Talent World is seeking a People Advisor in Cambridge, hybrid with three days on-site. You will combine strong employee relations expertise with sound commercial judgement to advise managers, influence decisions, and support business growth while protecting employee experience.

The role offers an incentive plan and a development budget. Key requirements include proven HR/People Advisor experience, strong ER capability, and solid knowledge of UK employment law applied commercially.

• Proven HR/People Advisor experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ER capability including performance management discussions.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and how to apply it commercially.
• Confidence coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with good judgement and communication skills.
