Pathway Trust is seeking a proactive People Administrator (Learning and Development) to join the central People Operations Team. The role involves owning mandatory training data, supporting the new LMS rollout, and assisting with appraisal processes and staff engagement surveys across our multi-academy trust.
You will work with school leads and central colleagues to ensure timely completion, data integrity and effective learning pathways for staff across our 20 schools.
