About The Role

As a People Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the People Team's day-to-day operations. • Maintain and update employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports from the HRIS for internal use or in response to specific requests from the People Operations Manager.
  • Support the management of the People Team inbox, responding to queries and escalating more complex issues as required.
  • Assist with general HR administration and contribute to ongoing People projects and process improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in an HR or similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
