Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting people and ensuring seamless HR operations? Do you thrive in an administrative role that keeps everything running smoothly? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a People Administrator, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture (P&C) team on an initial 6-month Fixed-term contract, providing essential administrative services across all our brands and corporate functions in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, maintaining records, and assisting colleagues with their queries.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the P&C team, including processes for UK corporate functions
  • Preparing and sending offer letters, contracts, transfer letters, and promotion letters
  • Managing resignation letters and associated paperwork
  • Preparing salary review and bonus letters using mail-merge
  • Handling mortgage, loan, rental, and employment reference requests
  • Maintaining and updating HR files
  • Keeping HR system updated with monthly changes

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in HR support or administration (preferred)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
