National Grid in Bristol is seeking a highly organised People Services Administrator to join the People & Culture team. Based in Bristol with hybrid working, you will support day-to-day operations of People Services, keeping HR records accurate and delivering onboarding and lifecycle admin.
You will manage HR systems like ResourceLink or similar, produce reports, assist audits, and respond to employee queries with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

As a People Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the People Services team.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A competitive salary between £26,000 - £29,000 per annum- dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
