Geary’s Bakeries is seeking a People Administrator in Leicester to deliver accurate, timely HR administration across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to changes during employment. As People Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle. From the moment a new starter accepts their offer through to changes during their employment, you will be the person who makes sure everything is processed correctly, communicated clearly, and recorded properly.
In a business growing at pace, the volume and variety of activity is high, so you will need to be well organised, detail oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities. You will work closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Recruitment, and site managers to ensure a seamless experience for employees and the business alike.
