Job summary

Synchronicity Group is seeking an experienced Senior Pension Transformation Project Manager to lead a major new defined benefit proposition from design through to launch. You will own the operational readiness and implementation programme, working across pensions administration, technology, operations, risk, legal, finance and external partners.

The role focuses on integrating a leading pensions administration platform, aligning processes and capabilities to support growth, and delivering on

Qualifications

Deliver complex pensions administration technology implementations.
Managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
Pensions administration operations, data migration and operational readiness.
Working with third-party technology providers and implementation partners.
Engaging confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
Delivering large-scale business and technology change.
Using recognised project management methodologies, ideally supported by a PRINCE2, APM, MSP or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Own the operational readiness and implementation programme for the new DB pension proposition.
Coordinate across pensions administration, technology, operations, risk, legal, finance and external partners.
Maintain delivery momentum and ensure objectives are met on time and budget.
Engage senior stakeholders and external partners to drive decisions.
