Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Pensions Solicitor in Liverpool to join a market-leading pensions team at a national law firm. You will advise employers, trustees and organisations on a wide range of pensions matters, working with senior lawyers on complex cases.

The role offers exposure to pensions advisory work, governance, regulatory issues, scheme documentation and risk transfer projects within a respected practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pensions advisory work for employers, trustees and organisations.

• Support on pension scheme restructuring and member/benefit issues.
• Contribute to risk transfer and de-risking projects.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and develop client relationships.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Solicitor to join the market-leading pensions team at a highly regarded national law firm in Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a well-established and highly respected pensions practice, working alongside experienced specialists on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of employers, trustees and organisations across both the private and public sectors on a wide variety of pensions matters.

The role will include exposure to:

• Pensions advisory work
• Pensions aspects of corporate and transactional matters
• Scheme documentation and amendments
• Scheme governance and regulatory issues
• Pension scheme restructuring
• Member and benefit issues
• Risk transfer and de-risking projects
• Support on complex pensions projects and transactions
• Working closely with senior lawyers and developing strong client relationships

You will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for a strong client base while gaining valuable exposure to the full breadth of pensions work.

The team works closely with clients to understand their wider objectives and provides practical advice on complex pensions issues.
