Job summary

1st Executive is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst or Project Manager to lead discovery and documentation of pension administration processes. You will map current-state workflows, identify risks, and support future-state operating models to improve efficiency and controls.

You will work with managers, team leaders and subject matter experts to build a library of high-level process maps and swim lanes, enabling end-to-end visibility of how work is performed across the function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA, Process Analyst or PM.
• Experience mapping complex business processes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to document current-state and future-state processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and documentation of key pension processes.
• Produce high-level process maps and swim lanes.
• Capture current-state (As-Is) processes across teams.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies; support future-state designs.
• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to improve efficiency and controls.
