Great opportunity to join our Pensions Data Solutions Team as a Pensions Lead Data Consultant. Our data services span a broad range of clients with different UK pension administration operations, and our solutions are delivered within the team, often in conjunction with other WTW business units or alongside third parties.
We seek individuals with expertise in the legacy Defined Benefit pension environment, familiar with how member data is held, processed, and used by pension administrators. The role involves developing and implementing solutions for various pension schemes, working closely with technical leads, project managers, and other specialists. Responsibilities include delivering quality Data Solutions services, leading technical projects, and ensuring successful delivery and implementation, with a focus on excellence, client satisfaction, and positive commercial outcomes.
Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with business development, sales fundamentals, and growing the business, with attention to financial aspects like scoping, budgeting, and billing. Promoting best practices and bringing innovative ideas to address client needs are essential. The role requires self-motivation, the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
