Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer specializing in pensions to strengthen the UK People & Reward practice and the global Knowledge function. The role focuses on delivering expert pensions knowhow, integrating knowledge into client service, and driving innovative knowledge solutions across the firm.

You will develop training, templates, and house views, while engaging with clients and colleagues to shape market-leading guidance and thought leadership in pensions law.

Competenze

• Strong track record in pensions law, regulation and practice.
• Experience as a fee earner or knowledge lawyer/professional support role.
• Familiarity with The UK Pensions Regulator or related bodies.

Mansioni

• Integrate knowledge into client service, develop knowledge products and tools.
• Drive external engagement through blogs, alerts, and client communications.
• Deliver pensions training and support to lawyers across the practice.
• Lead and collaborate on knowledge projects with senior stakeholders.
• Act as a knowledge advisor to the pensions team and support AI-driven initiatives.
