Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Bristol is seeking a Pensions Delivery Specialist to support the accurate and timely delivery of pension administration activity, ensuring colleagues receive a professional service.

You will work closely with internal teams, payroll and external pension providers to ensure data quality, compliance and timely processing across Defined Pension Schemes on a 12-month fixed term contract. Remote working is available, with on-site presence as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within pensions administration, payroll, HR operations or a similar colleague services environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately when handling sensitive data and numerical information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data effectively.
• Knowledge of Defined Pension Schemes

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of pension administration processes, ensuring all activity is completed accurately focusing on Defined Pension Schemes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams and external pension providers to resolve queries and support effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate pension records and ensure data is handled confidentially and in line with relevant policies and legislation.
• Support the review, reconciliation and processing of pension-related information, identifying and escalating any issues where required.
• Provide clear and professional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on pension-related queries, processes and requirements.

Shift: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday and Friday

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of pension processes, working closely with internal teams, external providers and key stakeholders to ensure pension-related activity is completed accurately, compliantly and to agreed timescales.
