Job Title: Pensions Data Director

We are recruiting for a Pensions Data Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding client issues, setting strategies for resolution, and providing technical guidance to ensure accurate results in pension data management. Responsibilities include technical review, ensuring accuracy of client data, and leading data correction initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge of DB pensions, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex data correction strategies clearly. You will contribute to the technical development of colleagues within our diverse team and oversee multiple client projects, offering a varied and fulfilling career with WTW.

Experience in pension correction and rectification exercises is advantageous, along with hands-on experience across the data project lifecycle, from auditing and due diligence to data cleansing and correction.

This role can be based in London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh, with a hybrid working arrangement.

The Team

WTW’s Project & Data Solutions team offers extensive experience and flexible resources to deliver solutions for complex requirements and large DB pension schemes. The team specializes in creating and delivering solutions for data auditing, benefits and calculations, bulk data rectification, benefit reconstruction, and data cleansing. We also lead data workstreams for de-risking projects, ensuring data is an enabler rather than a barrier.
